We're grateful for your support - Amos Frimpong tells supporters

Kumasi Asante Kotoko captain Amos Frimpong was so delightful to see the club's supporters at the Baba yara sports stadium on Sunday.
The stadium was full to capacity in the preliminary round of the 2018 Caf Confederation Cup match between the Ghanaian giant Asante Kotoko and CARA Brazzaville from Congo.
"On behalf of the team, I would like to say a big thank you to all our supporters, they were here (stadium) in their numbers." Amos said at the press conference.
The two-time African Cup of Champion Clubs (CAF Champions League) winners claimed a lone-goal victory when Yakubu Mohammed converted a spot-kick in the 90th minute.
Four penalties was saved by the two goalkeepers before Yakubu's match-winner; CARA Brazzaville's goalie Massa Chansel saved three and Felix Annan thwarted the other.
Amos Frimpong who missed Kotoko's second penalty assured the club's supporters of progressing to the next stage of the tournament but admitted the match was difficult.
"We were playing very good football. I can assure them that we will not disappoint them and will do all that we could to get a good results."
"We had a good result and I believe we'll improve upon our performance in the 2nd leg."
