Pobiman Project will happen - Mark Noonan tells Hearts fans

The Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Premier League heavyweight has confirmed that works will begin at Pobiman in the coming days.
Accra Hearts of Oak CEO Mark Noonan says his outfit has officially signed contract with the contractors of the Pobiman project.
Prior to the start of the 2017/18 Ghana Premier League season, the board chairman of the Rainbow club Togbe Afede XIV announced their contract with a Turkish firm Prefabex Modular Building Solutions over the construction of the Pobiman Project.
The Pobiman Ultra Modern Training Complex will be housed with Staff Residence, Senior Housing Unit, GYM, Training Centers (Pitches), Laundry, Swimming Pool, Lockers, Toilet Facilities, Kitchen and Dinning Hall.
The American confirmed the details about the Pobiman Project on his official twitter account.
