Asamoah Gyan, Mcdan And Other Top Business Mogul Mansions at East Legon to be Demolished; Check the reason

Residents of East Legon are preparing for a looming mass demolishing exercise as the legal tussle takes shape.

One Mr. Samuel Darko Larbi, the reported legitimate owner of the land, has threatened  to bark on a mass demolishing exercise if residents do not come to terms with his personal conditions.

Asamoah Gyan, a lead figure around the vicinity, could suffer from the impending demolishing if Mr. Darko Larbi gets the needed permit.

The looming exercise could land on Mr. Mcdan,  a business mogul and a sports fan, as he resides the Mempeasem area of East Legon.

Multiple reports suggest that Mr.  Samuel Darko Larbi,  the legitimate land owner tabled his documents to prove his ownership amidst legal tussles.

Youth leader around the area, Daniel Laryea,  called for truce and urged all tenants to meet Mr. Samuel Larbi Darko for an in house discussion.

Mr. Samuel Larbi Darko is however ready to sit down and regularize their differences amicably.
