Coach Kwesi Appiah names Black Stars squad to face Kenya today; Amartey is the new captain

Coach Kwesi Appiah has announced a strong starting line up to play against the senior national team of Kenya this afternoon.
Kenya will be hosting the Black Stars of Ghana in the match-day two of the 2019 AFCON Qualifier Group F at the Moi International Sports Centre.
Goalkeeper Richard Ofori will in the sticks for the team as Andy Yiadom, Daniel Opare, Daniel Amartey and Nicholas Opoku of Udinese form the back line.
Newcastle United winger Christian Astu and Edwin Gyasi will be operating the flanks as Ebenezer Ofori and Afriyie Acquah take the middle.
Nantes FC new recruit Majeed Abdul Waris and Thomas Partey will be leading the upfront for the team.
Leicester City defender Daniel Amartey will be the skipper for the team this afternoon.
The match will kick off at 1:00 pm.
