MATCH REPORT: Kenya 1-0 Ghana - 10-man Harambee Stars beat Black Stars at home

Ghana suffered their first defeat in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Kenya on Saturday afternoon.
 
The Harambee Stars of Kenya inflicted a 1-0 defeat on Ghana in the match-day two of Group F at the Kasarani Stadium.
 
The Kenyans started the match on a good note as they managed to end the first department of the match in a victory.
 
Ismael Gonzalez nearly opened the floodgate for the Hamrabees Stars on the fifth minute but goalkeeper Richard Ofori rescued Ghana.
 
Winger Christian Atsu and Majeed War is squandered glaring scoring opportunities to put the Black Stars ahead before the break.
 
Kenya ended the first half in a 1-0 victory after Udinese defender Nicholas Opoku deflected a shot from Michael Olungu.
 
Back from the break, the Black Stars gained possession to mount pressure on the homesters as they search for the equaliser.
 
On the 55th minute, Afriyie Acquah could have grabbed the leveller for the West African country but his header went wide.
 
Substitute Raphael Dwamena also blasted a goal glaring opportunity which could helped his side to snatch a point over the bar.
 
Kenya ended the match with ten men after their defender Joash Onyango was sent off on the hour mark for pushing Majeed Waris.
