Nii Adjei starts training with Kotoko; set to sign a deal

The former Asante Kotoko captain is set to make a sensational return to the club as he started training today.
Ghanaian midfielder Daniel Nii Adjei was spotted training with Asante Kotoko at the Adako Jachie training complex on Monday.
The 29-year-old has been without a club after mutually parting ways with Moroccan side Wayad AC.
He expressed interest of reuniting with the Kumasi based club earlier this month after holding talks with the club officials.
Asante Kotoko have already signed Kwame Bonsu, Abass Mohammed and Senegalese international Naby Keita ahead of their 2019 CAF Confederation Cup campaign. understand that Adjei will be inking a deal with Porcupine Warriors should he impress the club technical handlers in the coming days
Adjei had a successful spell at Congolese side TP Mazembe where he won the Congolese top-flight league, CAF Champions League, CAF Confederation Cup and the Super Cup during his five-year stay.
