MATCH REPORT: Rejuvenated Hearts of Oak beat Medeama to win Amankuma Festival Cup

The Rainbow boys have clinched the 2018 Amankuna Festival celebration trophy following their win over Medeama.

Accra Hearts of Oak managed to beat Medeama SC 3-1 in the annual festival match at the T & A Park on Sunday afternoon.

A brace from Selassie Bakai and a first half strike from Joseph Esso helped them to whip the Yellow and Mauves lads.

Joseph Esso opened the floodgate for the Phobians on the 38th minute from the spot.

Medeama SC pulled one back with a superb strike after the Selassie Bakai has doubled the score on the 75th minute of the game.

Bakai registered his second goal of the day with a brilliant finish in the dying embers of the match.
