GPL Team of the Week announced; Check those who made it continues to select the players that deserve a place in the week’s team of the week.
Duo Victorien Adebayor and Appiah McCarthy of Inter Allies and Ashanti Gold respectively maintained their places in the best eleven of the ongoing Ghana Premier League.
The team shapes up to be in a natural 4--3-3 formation with Bernard Boateng, Diawisie Taylor and Victorien Adebayor in the upfront.
GK- Prince Ato Bilson (WAFA)
The 19-year-old shot-stopper was  was in between the sticks to prevent his opponents from scoring, though he conceded one, which led to his side producing a spectacular and vintage performance against King Faisal.
Bilson made four breathtaking saves in the their match-day nine clash with Faisal in Kumasi. 
He was a leader in post as he commanded his back line superbly.
RB- Christopher Nettey 
The budding talented right-back was unstoppable on the laterals for his side and marauded the lines very well. 
His crossing were timely and had almost all his passes right in the game against Dreams FC.
LB- Samuel Kusi (King Faisal)
Kusi was a delight to watch in his side 1-1 home stalemate with WAFA in their match-day nine encounter at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
He produced a Marcelo-esque performance and could be one of his best in his professional career.
CB- Nicholas Mensah (Legon Cities)
This was a week, Mensah couldn't have missed the team of the week with his breathless display against Inter Allies.
He was always right with his tackles and was confidence with his movement on the ball.
Mensah kept Inter Allies talisman Victorien Adebayor at bay during the match.
CB- Caleb Amankwah (Aduana Stars)
The former Ghana U20 defender was stellar at the heart of defense for Aduana Stars against Hearts of Oak on Sunday.
Even though Hearts of Oak made all the pressing moves in the game, he was the pillar between his side and Hearts when they broke to attack which saved the “Ogya boys” from dangerous incursions by the visitors. 
CM- Appiah McCarthy (Ashanti Gold)
The Black Stars 'B' midfield dynamo continued his superb outfit since his return to the turf after spending several weeks on the sidelines.
He displayed a five-star and vintage performance which earned him the man of the match award.
McCarthy was the hero of the game despite his passes accuracy, he fired the only goal to power his side to victory over Liberty Professionals.
CM- Salifu Ibrahim (Techiman Eleven Wonders)
After the Week nine fixture between Great Olympics and Eleven Wonders, one name kept ringing in the ears of spectators who visited Accra Sports Stadium.
It was a certain Salifu Ibrahim who marshalled the midfield of Eleven Wonders because of how his displayed super and quality performance throughout the game.
He also won the man of the match award following his splendid performance.
CM- Emmanuel Keyekeh (Karela United)
Keyekeh's return to Karela United after an unsuccessful trial in Hungary nearly got his name erased from the mind of Ghanaians but he was exceptional against Medeama SC.
He was in the riding seat dictating the pace and giving direction to his side and the game which won him the best performer of the game.
LW- Victorien Adebayor (Inter Allies)
So far, he has been the best player in the ongoing Ghana Premier League not only for his side Inter Allies.
The Niger international has scored eight goals in nine matches for the 'Eleven is to One' lads so far.
He scored the only goal for Inter Allies from the spot in their 1-1 draw with Legon Cities FC.
RW- Bernard Boateng (Elmina Sharks)
Boateng was the best performing attacker in match-day nine of the Ghana Premier League.
He registered his name thrice in their 3-1 heavy win over Berekum Chelsea.
Undoubtedly, Boateng's hat-trick won his the most valuable player after the match.
CF- Diawisie Taylor (Karela United)
The 20-year-old is now announcing his presence in the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League with his goals in Karela United's last two matches.
He scored the only goal to power his side, Karela United, to a 1-0 victory over Medeama SC in their match-day nine encounter at the Akoon Park.
