SAD: Inusah Musah tells his situation at Hearts of Oak

The stalwart center-back has opened up on his current situation at the Rainbow club.

Accra Hearts of Oak captain Inusah Musah feels he is being disrespected by the club with regards to the issues surrounding his contract expiration.

The 24-year-old has been refused a contract extension talks by the Capital-based club despite his splendid performance.

"I approached them personally to inform them of my soon-to- expire contract. I've been to the secretariat on five occasions but it is evident that they don't need my services with the figures they are quoting." Inusah told Kumasi FM

"I think they just want to sack me,as a captain of the team, I don't deserve such figures from them."

I've marketed myself enough and I deserve better than the offer they are giving me. Reserved players are taking better than what they are offering me."

"This is my future and the figures quoted by you(GHC15,000 a year ) isn't enough."

He has played for Hearts of Oak in the Ghanaian top-flight league for the past three seasons and his contract with the club will run out at the end of the season.

Musah earned his debut call-up to Black Stars of Ghana in 2016.
