Hearts of Oak appoint Ben Hanson as new assistant coach; Acquah as physiotherapist

The Ghana Premier League giants have beefed up their technical bench with Ben Hanson and Eric Acquah.

Accra Hearts of Oak have announced the appointment of Coach Ben Hanson and Eric Acquah as their new assistant coach and physiotherapist ahead of the new season.

Coach Kim Grant recommended the duo to the club's management before both roles were assigned to them.

The club's official statement reads "Kim Grant has made two additions to his Technical Team with Ben Hanson coming in as first team coach and Eric Acquah as a physiotherapist."

Until Coach Hanson's appointment, he was the head of the Elmina Sharks youth team.

"We welcome them to the Phobia family and call for support from all Phobians for these two professionals."
