This will be a better season for BYFA - Sheriff Sa-eed Shephic

Bekwai Youth Football Academy versatile player, Sheriff Sa-eed Shephic is highly confident his club will emerge victors of the Zone 2 of the National Division One League.

Making their debut season last season, BYFA placed 8th in the league and got knocked out by Asante Kotoko in the FA cup on penalties but Shephic who last season was used in different positions due to his versatility believes this season will provide them the opportunity they've always hoped and prayed for- qualifying for the premier league.

"We had a not so bad debut season in the league. We started very well and even recorded some away wins but we lost our mojo along the way hence missing out on qualification." He told kickgh.com

"With the experience garnered last season, I believe this season will be better. We really want to win our zone and do very well in the FA cup. We are well prepared for the task ahead. It won't be easy but it's possible."

BYFA begin their campaign this weekend in Bibiani as guests of Bibiani Goldstars.
