SoccaBet assures Clubs to stay calm

Ghana's fast-growing sports betting firm has assured to continue their partnership with clubs in the Ghana Premier League and Division One League despite the suspension of football activities in the country.
 
SoccaBet are the headline sponsors of four Ghana Premier League clubs namely Berekum Chelsea, Inter Allies, Ebusua Dwarfs and Wa All Stars.
 
Few days ago, the betting company announced to provide support to seven clubs in the Division One League.
 
On Thursday, Government of Ghana issued a statement that all football activities in the country have been halted until further notice.
 
SoccaBet official statement reads "In the wake of current events regarding the nation’s much loved sport of football, the Management of Soccabet wishes to assure all of the various Clubs being sponsored by the company in the Premier League and Division One League, of its continued support."
 
"We acknowledge the difficult time the Clubs, Fans and indeed, all the devoted patrons of Ghana Football are experiencing at this time and we commiserate with you."
 
"Football is a much loved sport worldwide and therefore, it is imperative to protect its integrity and reputation at all times in order to build trust and confidence amongst the numerous stakeholders of the game."
