Alfred Duncan scores as Sassuolo thrash Ternana in Coppa Italia

Ghana midfielder Joseph Alfred Duncan was the score sheet for US Sassuolo in the Coppa Italia on Sunday evening.
 
US Sassuolo progressed to the next round of the competition after whipping Ternana 5-1 at the Mapei Stadium.
 
His compatriot Kevin Prince Boateng got the opener for Sassuolo on the ninth minute of the game.
 
The 25-year-old extended their lead to 3-0 on the half-hour mark after Domenico Berardi has doubled the lead on the 22nd minute.
 
Domenico Berardi grabbed his second goal of the day on the 41st minute before Francesco Magnanelli completed their victory.
 
He enjoyed the full duration of the match as Kevin Prince Boateng lasted for 66 minutes with Claud Adjapong watching the match from the bench.
 
Duncan has capped nine times for Ghana with a goal to his credit.
