Issah Abass returns to FC Utrecht after U23 AFCON

The budding talented forward has rejoined his teammates at the Dutch Eredivisie club after international duty.

Ghana U23 forward Issah Abass has returned to FC Utrecht after the 2019 Africa U23 Cup of Nations in Egypt.
 
The 21-year-old was handed a call-up to Black Meteors for the U23 Cup of Nations where he made three appearances.
 
He resumed training with his teammates at the Stadion Galgenwaard outfit on Thursday ahead of their weekend clash with RKC Waalwijk.
 
Abass has scored two goals in his eleven appearances for FC Utrecht since joining them on loan from German club FSV Mainz 05.
