FIFA U-20 WOMEN'S WORLD CUP: Yusif Basigi insist a must win game against Netherlands after losing to France

The Head Coach of Ghana Women's U-20, Yusif Basigi has said that his side must win in today's game against Netherlands after losing 4-1 to the host nation France.

The Black Princesses will face the Netherlands today in their second Group A fixture of the 2018 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in France.

The Black Princesses chances of qualifying to the next stage of the tournament depend on their game against the Netherlands, who defeated New Zealand.

Coach Yusif Basigi has mentioned that even a draw will not aid Ghana to progress to the next stage.

"They've recovered quickly from the shock. They're looking forward for the next game. That is one good impression I've observed today," Yusif Basigi told the media.

"I've made the girls understand that we'll not be safe with even a draw. It's just a must win for us. If we draw against Netherlands and win the last game, it'll be very difficult for us to qualify," he added.
