Coach of Central African Republic, Raoul Savoy, has revealed his team will be out for revenge when they take on Ghana on Monday.

Mohammed Kudus and Ernest Nuamah were the heroes in Kumasi, scoring the two goals. However, fate has brought both sides together against as they were drawn into the same World Cup Qualifying group, and talks of a revenge for the Central African Republic have been reignited by their gaffer,

Speaking in his press conference on Sunday evening, Savoy did not dismissed any talk of revenge, reiterating his team’s target is to accrue the three points to aid their journey to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

"It was not easy in Oujda against Chad, but the key was to win, to then travel quietly and join Kumasi to better prepare for the game against Ghana on Monday," he said.

"We will benefit from our full force because no one was injured, which is a good thing. My players are ready and eager to do something on Monday.

"Not forgetting our September game where we played well but lost at the end on a contestable goal. It will be a very close game, and I hope it's our turn to get our revenge."
