MATCH REPORT: Elmina Sharks share spoils with Wa All Stars

Wa All Stars failed to pick their second home victory in the ongoing Ghana Premier League after sharing spoils with Elmina Sharks in their week five fixture on Saturday evening.
Elmina Sharks managed to hold Wa All Stars to a 1-1 draw at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium.
The Northern Blues managed to utilize one of their numerous chances created in the first department of the match to end it in 1-0 lead.
Elmina Sharks couldn't call goalkeeper Rashid Seidu to duty with audacious strikes before the break.
Seth Amoateng wasted an opportunity which could have fetched the opener for All Stars on the half hour mark.
Young attacker David Abagna ended the first half in a 1-0 lead in favor of Wa All Stars with a brilliant finish in the 45th minute of the game.
After recess, the Sharks lads mounted pressure on the back line of All Stars to snatch the equaliser after fifteen minutes.
Samuel Arthur's powerful header in the 60th minute from Richard Mpong well-taken free kick helped them grab the leveller.
WAFU gold medalist nearly doubled the lead for Elmina Sharks but his thunderbolt strike went over the bar.
Both sides could have carried the day but squandered their chances and set-pieces awarded to them in the second half of the game.
