MATCH REPORT: Kotoko 2-0 Hearts of Oak - Kotoko beat Rainbow boys again to clinch Super-2 Cup

Kumasi Asante Kotoko have clinched the 2018 Super-2 clash following their victory over their arch-rivals in the second leg tie on Sunday afternoon.
The Porcupine Warriors recorded another 2-0 victory over Hearts of Oak at Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The Rainbow boys dominated the first department of the match but failed to registered the opener.
Striker Frederick Boateng could have snatched the lead for the Kumasi-based club in the early minutes but squandered a one-on-one goal glaring opportunity.
Hearts gained possession to mount pressure on the visitors as Kojo Obeng Junior tormented the Kotoko defense but duo Wahab Adams and Agyemang Badu held him firmly from scoring.
Patrick Razak nearly ended first half in a victory for the visitors but his late strike went over the bar.
Both sides wasted their numerous chances and set-pieces awarded to them as the first department of the game ended in a scoreless draw.
After the break, Asante Kotoko gained possession to register two goals to continue their dominance over the Capital-based club.
Obed Owusu opened the floodgate for the homesters with a powerful drive on the 69th minute of the game.
Substitute Emmanuel Gyamfi completed their victory with a stunning strike on the 83rd minute of the match.
Asante Kotoko won the trophy on a 4-0 aggregate after whipping Hearts of Oak 2-0 in the first league tie last weekend.
