NC order Ghana U20 coach Yaw Preko to invite only 18 players instead of 30 players for Camping

The Newly-appointed Black Satellites head coach has been ordered by the country's football governing body to trim his squad for camping, can report.

The Ghana Football Association Normalization Committee has informed Ghana U20 head coach, Yaw Preko to hand call-ups to only eighteen players.
Coach Yaw Preko has already shortlisted thirty players to prepare for the 2019 Africa Games which will be staged in Morocco in September.
The Committee has asked the former Hearts of Oak gaffer to drop twelves of the players called due lack of funds.
"Coach Yaw Preko informed the NC that because of the current situation our football, he will need time to choose the best squad for the tournament" An insider told
"He submitted a 30-man list but the Normalization Committee said he should drop twelves of them and begin camping with only 18 players"
"According to them, they lack funds to cater for 30 players and the officials of the team"
Ghana is among the 53 nations that will participate in the 2019 African Games which will be held in Morocco.
