Goalkeeper Philemon McCarthy parts ways with Dreams FC

The former Black Stars shotstopper has announced his departure from the Dawu based club.
Goalkeeper Philemon McCarthy has ended his stay with Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC by mutual consent.
The 29-year-old has mutually parted ways with the Still Believe lads after a two and half year stint with them.
"I can confirm to you that I am no more at Dreams FC, we had to terminate my contract through mutual agreement." McCarthy told Graphic Sports.
"I think that [terminating his contract] was the best option for now because I want to play. I want to thank the club because they gave me a major European exposure when they sent me on loan to Israel."
"I am a free player and any club which comes whether home or abroad if the offer is good for me, I will join them."
McCarthy featured only one game for Dreams FC in the first round of the 2017/18 Ghana Premier League season.
