OFFICIAL: Hearts of Oak appoint Kim Grant as new head coach and director of football

The Ghana Premier League heavyweights have announced the former Ghana international as their new head coach and director of football.
Hearts of Oak have appointed Kim Grant to head their technical department after the departure of coach Henry Lamptey Wellington.
The Rainbow club have been without a substantive head coach after the sacking Coach Wellington in June.
Coach Seth Hoffman was in charged as an interim gaffer of the Capital-based club first team for five months.
The club's official statement reads "Accra Hearts of Oak is pleased to announce that Mr. Kim Grant has agreed to join the club as director of football and the first team head coach."
"In this capacity, Grant will be in charge of all technical aspects of the club from the youth teams to the senior side. He will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer Mark Noonan"
Previously, he was the technical director for Ebusua Dwarfs, Sea Lions and Elmina Sharks.
Grant is expected to begin work on December 01.
