Dreams FC's Cletus Nombil to sign three-year deal with Hearts

The Scottish Premier League side have offered a three-year deal to the Ghana youth midfielder midfielder after a successful trial.

Dreams FC midfielder Cletus Daho Nombil is set to sign a three-year deal with Scottish club Heart of Midlothian FC in the ongoing transfer window.
The 18-year-old impressed Hearts' manager Craig Levein during a trial period in March, featuring in a bounce match against Championship outfit Queen of the South.
In 2018, the former Tudu Mighty Jets star spent time at Czech outfit Sparta Prague but a permanent contract fell through after the midfielder encountered visa issues.
Nombil also had a trial in Sweden with AIK Stockholm earlier this year.
He has never represented Ghana at senior level, while he has no secondary nationality which would make him eligible to play in the United Kingdom.
That means Hearts would be forced to convince an independent panel that he would be a valuable asset to the club and Scottish football.
Nombil is also tracked by Club Brugge and Schalke 04 in Germany.
