Kotoko make move to sign Paul Abanga as Amos Frimpong's replacement

Asante Kotoko have shown interest in signing Inter Allies defender Paul Abanga in the ongoing transfer window.
The 20-year-old has emerged on the radar of the Kumasi-based club following the imminent departure of their captain Amos Frimpong.
Frimpong has ended his eight-year stay with Asante Kotoko to join Guinean club AS Kaloum Stars on a three-year deal.
Kickgh.com can report that Asante Kotoko are currently holding talks with Inter Allies over a possible acquisition of the former Ghana U20 defender.
Kotoko are currently preparing for their CAF Champions League campaign which will start next month.
Abanga scored one goal in his six appearances for Inter Allies in the 2018 Ghana Premier League which ended abruptly.
