OFFICIAL! Hearts of Oak sign agreement with K.A Estates Limited for Pobiman Academy Project Groundworks

The Rainbow club have officially signed contract with the Ghanaian based construction company for their Pobiman Academy Project.
Accra Hearts of Oak have handed the groundworks of the Pobiman Academy Project to K.A Estate Limited under the supervision of Turkish construction firm Prefabex.
The agreement between the Ghana Premier League heavyweights and one of the country's leading real estate company was signed on Friday.
The club's official statement reads "Accra Hearts of Oak have signed an agreement with local contractors K. A. Estate Limited for the commencement of the Pobiman Academy Project." 
"The local firm will start the grounds work (substructure only) and will work in partnership with the Turkish contractors."
Hearts of Oak's Pobiman Academy Project is contracted to Turkish construction company Prefabex Yapı.
In August last year, Hearts of Oak board of directors reached a deal with Turkish construction firm Prefabex Yapı to work on the Pobiman Academy project.
Prefabex stands out as a leading prefabricated solutions provider, with a wide range of modular solutions covering all requirements with diversified range of products which include modular kiosks, accommodation containers, prefabricated houses and villas, light steel structures, pre-engineered buildings and hangars.
The local construction company, KA Estates Limited is a leading real estate company in the West African Country.
KA Estates is also the owner of Gold Link Financial Services which is yet to be opened soon. understands that the Pobiman Academy Project will be completed in the next six months.
