REPORT: Kwesi Nyantakyi, Asamoah Gyan money locked up with Menzgold

Former Ghana Football Association Boss Kwesi Nyantakyi and the Black stars skipper Asamoah Gyan monies have been locked up with gold dealership firm, Menzgold, according to reports in the local media.

It is reported that the duo have invested various sums of monies with the embattled company.

Per the report, Kwesi Nyantakyi invested Gh¢2.4 million whiles the Turkish-based striker Asamoah Gyan vested $4,000,000 in Menzgold.

The company has defaulted in paying their clients the return on their gold collectibles and their capital after the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) warned them to stop their operations in September last year.

There have been number of public demonstration at the various offices of the firm in the country.

Last week, the Supreme Court of Ghana issued a warrant for the arrest of the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
