Mahatma Otoo hits BRACE as Balikesirspor whip Giresunspor in league opener

Ghanaian forward Mahatma Otoo was on the score sheet twice for Balikesirspor in their heavy win over Giresunspor in Turkish sceond-tier league opener.

Balikesirspor recorded a 3-1 home victory over Giresunspor in their match-day one clash at the Balikesir Atatürk Stadium.
The former Hearts of Oak captain opened the score for the Red and White lads on the stroke of halftime.
Otoo netted his second goal of the day with a superb strike on the 74th minute of the game.
His teammate Celal Dede extended the lead to 3-0 for the home side on the 89th minute as Muhammed Erturk Himmet got the consolation goal for Giresunspor in the dying embers of the match.
Otoo rejoined Balikesirspor after abrogating his contract with Bandirmaspor after three weeks.

He scored one goal with two assists in his 27 game outings for Balikerispor last season
