BREAKING: Ghanaian footballer Kingsley Sarfo finally released from Prison

The Black Stars midfielder has confirmed he has been released from prison in Sweden.

Ghanaian footballer Kingsley Sarfo who was sentenced to prison last year in Sweden for child rape has finally been freed after he was found not guilty.
Earlier this month, a fresh evidence presented by the lawyers of the Ghana international revealed that the child rape case levelled against the Malmo FF star was fabricated by the girl who claimed to be fourteen years.
The 24-year-old spent twenty-two months behind bars after his three-year prison sentence with deportation was cut short by the Swedish authorities.
The former Malmo FF star confirmed in an interview with Angel FM on Thursday evening that he has finally been freed from prison.
"I am now out of prison in Sweden. I was released five days ago," Sarfo told Kumasi-based Angel FM
"I thank the Almighty God for this great day. Thanks to my fans, family, friends and everyone for their unflinching support and prayers during the hard times"
"As it has been said that there is grace in disgrace. We [Me and lawyers] are seeking for justice after the unlawful twenty-two months behind bars"
Sarfo earned his debut call-up to feature for Ghana in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Uganda.
