Majeed Ashimeru scores to win Austrian OFB Cup with RedBull Salzburg

Ghanaian midfielder Majeed Ashimeru scored for RedBull Salzburg in the Austrian OFB Cup final on Friday evening.
 
 
RedBull Salzburg lifted the Austrian OFB Cup after a 5-0 heavy win over Austria Lustenau at the Worthersee Stadion.
 
The 21-year-old registered his name on the score sheet for the Austrian giants on the 65th minute of the game.
 
Other goals were scored by Dominik Szoboszlai, Sekou Koita, Noah Okafor and an own goal scored by Dominik Stumberger.
 
The former WAFA enjoyed the entire duration of the match.
 
Ashimeru joined Red Bull Salzburg from Ghana Premier League side West African Football Academy.
 
He earned a place in the RedBull Salzburg after successful loan spell at Austria Lustenau and FC St. Gallen.
