Black Stars management committee member Alhaji Karim Grusah is of the view that complacency might be the factor the Black Stars settled for a draw against Madagascar in the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.

Grusah went ahead to lament his disappointment as the Black Stars failed to make the most of their advantage to topple Group E.

"It's unfortunate we couldn't win against Madagascar. Maybe the coach underrated them, but that is football, and every result is possible," Grusah bemoaned his frustration on Akoma FM after the game.

For their next game, Ghana will clamp-it-down with Central African Republic home in their last group game, as they are expected to win to snatch a ticket to the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) scheduled to come off in January to February in Ivory Coast.
