Baba Abdulai Musah, the captain of Medeama, expresses optimism and determination ahead of their upcoming CAF Champions League encounter against Young Africans.

The Tanzanian team will host Medeama on Wednesday in the fourth matchday of the CAF elite competition group stage.

Reflecting on their earlier 1-1 draw against Yanga at the Baba Yara Stadium, Musah emphasizes the team's preparation and determination for the upcoming away game. He refrains from disclosing specific strategies but emphasizes the collective goal of achieving a positive result.

“We came here well prepared and like my coach said, very determined. We’re here to play a good game and get good result back home. The strategy or the tactics we’re going to use; I can’t disclose that here! But at the end of the day, we have to get a good result back home” he said.

As of now, Medeama holds four points, sharing the same point tally with Algeria's CR Belouizdad. Group leaders Al Ahly from Egypt lead with five points, while Young Africans are at the bottom of the table with two points.

Musah and the Medeama squad aim to secure a favorable outcome in their quest for advancement in the competition.
