FC Samartex president, Richard Nsenkyire has stated that the club is not moved as they prepare to clash with Raja Club Athletic.

The Timber Giants will neck-it-down with the Moroccan side in the second round of the preliminary round of games.

The 2023/24 Ghana Premier League champions will play host to Raja Club on Friday, September 13 at the Accra Sports Stadium before jetting to Morocco for the return leg on september 20.

However, Nsenkyire says he is not perturbed playing against the Moroccan club slated to come off at the Stade Larbi Zaouli.

“We are not moved by names, if it is only names, we would not be where we are,” he told JoySports.

“Nobody gave us a chance when we went to Douala [against Victoria United] but we were able to secure victory and secure victory here [Accra] as well and I can promise Ghanaians that they are going to see football from us.

“We are focused, we are doing our normal training. We are going to take it game by game, it is also another football game.”
