Dreams FC will play as host to Sierra Leone side FC Khallon at the Ohene Gyan Stadium in the first leg of the second preliminary round of the CAF Confederations Cup. 

The host will need a win at all cost today to enhance their qualification chances whiles the travellers will also hope for a positive results in Accra before the return encounter in Freetown.

The 'Still Believe' lads in the first round, took out Guinean side Milo FC de Kankan in a very tricky to cruise into this stage.

They played a 1-1 draw in the first leg in Conakry before fighting from behind to win 2-1 in the return leg on home soil to qualify, thanks to two second half goals from veteran forward John Antwi.

Also, they tested their strength in another highly competitive fixture against current Ghanaian champions Medeama SC in the Super Cup but unfortunately suffered a 2-1 defeat to lose the title.

On the opposition end, FC Khallon were out of action in the first qualifying hurdle after getting a walkover against Nigerien side AS Douanes due to the current political unrest in the country.

The Blues arrived in Ghana days and held a mandatory training session on Thursday afternoon at the match venue looking ever ready and poised for the game.
