Dreams FC young sensation, Abdul Aziz Issah has admitted their game with Club Africain was really a difficult one but they managed to win with hard work and is very confident they will cruise into the knockout round.

The 'Still Believe' lads nipped on Godfred Atuahene's second half goal to steal an important 1-0 home win over the Tunisian fold to move to the top of Group C after five matches in the CAF Confederations Cup.

The 18-year-old has been sensational for the Still Believers since the start of the ongoing season and currently has twelve-goal involvements this season in all competitions.

He's scored six and provided one assist in the Premier League and has three goals, two assists in the Confederations Cup.

Speaking in an interview on Akoma FM, Abdul Aziz Issah is very optimistic of qualification to the next round and has called for the massive support of Ghanaians since that's what they need to achieve that.

"We knew the game was going to be a tough one because they are a strong team, but thank God we made it through.
Ghanaians should only hope for a qualification from us in Nigeria.

"I always use the gift God gave me to complete the tasks given to me by my coaches."

Abdul Aziz Issah will hope to make the starting line up once again when they face Nigerian side Rivers United in their final group game on Sunday March 3, 2024.
