Speaking after Sunday afternoon's 3-2 win against Congo Brazzaville, in which Ernest Nuamah and blazing marksman Emmanuel Yeboah climbed off the bench to score two goals, Tanko looks ahead to Ghana U23 clash with the Morocco on Tuesday in the ongoing U-23 Africa Cup of Nations AFCON).

The Black Meteors fired a 3-0 lead after 90 minutes, but their Congolese counterparts fought back to score two quick goals in added time which made the coach of the Ghanaians to voice his dissatisfaction, and has promised to go back to the drawing board and improve on their performance against Morocco.


“We are going to watch the game again and see where we fell short and prepare for the next game," Tanko said at the post-match press conference.


“Both teams won our opening games so we are going to prepare well for the game and ensure that we get good results”, he added.
