Head coach of Dreams FC Abdul-Karim Zito, after their exit from the CAF Confederations Cup, has boldly disclosed how excited he is following the stupendous performance of his players right from day one and added he is very proud of them.

The White Knights after failing to score at home in the first leg, exhibited an improved version of themselves to put three unanswered goals past Dreams FC to cruise into the final of the CAF Confederations Cup.

The Egyptian giants started the party very early having opened the scoring account in just 12th minute through Hamza Al-Muthlouthi before Nigerian international Samson Akinyola doubled the lead before half time.

Fourteen minutes into recess, Mostafa Shalaby scored the last to wrap up a precious win that sent to make the last two.

Speaking in a post-match presser, the experienced trainer feels they have series of opportunities at half time but couldn't make it count and hugely accounted for their loss.

Again, he added that, he ended up by lauding the performance his lads have shown throughout their journey in the continent's second biggest club football competition.

"We should have won the game in the first half. We could have scored FOUR. I'm not disappointed at all. But I would have wished we had gone to the final," said Karim Zito after the match.

"We never had this type of situation before. We didn't panic even after their first goal. You could see we pushed and created a lot of chances."

"It's a lack of experience. The boys only gave up after the third goal. I can do everything but if the players are not mentally stable there is nothing you can do."

Dreams FC will now shift their attention to the Ghana Premier League and will hope to win more matches to better their position and also defend their FA Cup crown.
