Ivory Coast international Wilfried Zaha has reportedly received a lucrative offer from Libyan side Al-Suwahili, with the club said to be proposing a two-year contract worth up to $10m annually.

The 33-year-old winger is a free agent following his departure from Galatasaray and is considering his options as he weighs the next move in his career.

The reported offer could see Zaha continue his career in Africa, although interest from Italian club Lazio and United Arab Emirates side Al-Ain means he may have alternatives to consider.

According to reports, Al-Suwahili are keen to persuade the former Crystal Palace forward to join their project with a salary package that would make the proposed move a significant financial opportunity.

The potential transfer would represent another chapter in a career that has taken Zaha across several leagues, including the English Premier League, the Turkish top flight and French football.

For Francophone African football, the prospect of Zaha moving to Libya would be a notable development, given his profile as an established Ivory Coast international who spent much of his career in England.

However, no agreement has been confirmed, and the winger’s next destination remains uncertain.

Zaha is reportedly attracting attention from Lazio, who could offer him the chance to compete in Italy’s Serie A.
