Pyramids FC secured a narrow victory against TP Mazembe in a Group A CAF Champions League match on Friday.
Despite starting with Fiston Mayele, Ramadan Sobhi, and Fagrie Lakay, the host team was wasteful in front of goal, resulting in a goalless first half.
In the 54th minute, Fagrie Lakay scored the lone goal of the game.
This win marks Pyramids' first-ever victory in the CAF Champions League.
Pyramids FC is set to visit ASJ Nouadhibou, while TP Mazembe will host Sundowns in the next round of group stage games.
