Nigeria captain William Troost-Ekong has been linked with a surprise summer move to Saudi Arabia, according to reports.

 


The centre-back's current contract at PAOK runs until June 2026 and the Greek Super League leaders is said to be ready to weigh up options, even though they are ready to offer him a new deal.



With four goals, Troost-Ekong was voted AFCON’s best player of the tournament as he played every minute for Nigeria.



Rife reports suggest that there is a growing interest from the Saudi Pro League to bring Troost-Ekong to the middle-east in the summer.



The 30-year-old has featured for multiple European team's throughout his career including Watford, Salernitana, Udinese, and Bursaspor.
