Congolese giants TP Mazembe have announced the signing of Abdul Ganiyu Ismail on a free transfer for their 2022/23 season's campaign.
Abdul Ganiyu signed a two-and-half year contract with an option of renewal with the Black and White lads after passing a mandatory medical examination
The club's official statement reads “The professional group of TPM has a new central defender. Ismail Abdul GANIYU (26) joined the Ravens by signing a two and a half year lease plus an optional year.”
The 26-year-old has joined the Ravens lads on a free transfer after leaving Iraqi Premier League side Al Talaba SC.
Abdul Ganiyu ended his four-year stay at Ghana Premier League powerhouse Asante Kotoko in September last year after making over 60 appearances for the club.
He has capped three times for the senior national team of Ghana.
