Burkina Faso coach Hubert Velud has named the 27 players who will represent the West African country at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.
The Stallions are placed in Group D alongside Algeria, Angola, and Mauritania.
Burkina Faso is set to make its 13th Africa Cup of Nations appearance in the tournament schedule to commence from January 13 to Febuary 11, 2024.
Coach Hubert Velud's team will begin their quest of clinching the AFCON title for the first time against Mauritania on January 16, 2024 before they battle it out with Algeria in the second group game on January 20 and final game against Angola, three days later.

Namibia coach Collin Benjamin has named 28 players to begin preparations in Ghana ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations slated to commence early next year.
The final squad of twenty-seven (27) for the tournament to represent the Brave Warriors will be announced before January 3 as the organizers of the tournament, CAF, requires from all participating countries.
Collin Benjamin is expected to drop one of the players from the team before they enroute to Ivory Coast from their camping base in Ghana. Mamelodi Sundowns top marksman, Peter Shalulile is expected to replicate his sterling performances in the CAF Champions League while leading the Brave Warriors for the tournament.
The Namibian team finds itself in Group E alongside South Africa, Tunisia and Mali.

Head coach of the Syli National of Guinea, Kaba Diawara has announced a list of 25 players for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations slated for January to Febuary 2024 in Ivory Coast.
In-form VfB Stuggart attacker Serhou Guirassy will be headlining the Guinean side at the tourney after a remarkable camapaign in the German Bundesliga, scoring 17 goals in fourteen matches. Captain of the team, Naby Keita was also made the final cut.
The Syli National are in Group C alongside Senegal, Cameroon and Gambia.
Guinea will be making its 13th African Cup of Nations appearance in Ivory Coast. They will commence with a Group C campaign against Cameroon on January 15, 2024 before facing Gambia and Senegal on January 19 and January 23.

Coach Chiquinho Conde has named a squad list of 23 players, who will represent Mozambique at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.
Since Chris Hughton (65) was appointed in early 2023, Mohammed Kudus (23) has only played 90 minutes on four occasions and scored twice in nine games for Ghana.
