Following his recuperation from an injury, the former SPAL enforcer is now courting interest from a hosts of suitors in the ltalian third division in their bid to reinforce their midfield options with his acquisition this January.
According to trivenetogoal.it, AC Trento have already made two serious attempts to lure the lanky midfielder and are now in pole position of landing him considering talk of negotiations between their club's president and his representatives.
Mawuli is not in the plans of manager Pierpaolo Bisoli for this term's campaign, hence the decision to resolve in shipping him out to admirers for the rest of the season in the lower tier contest.
His market value has been pegged at €200,000 as per transfermarkt valuation and his current deal with the Stadio Druso outfit will run out on June 30, 2024.
The Sunyani-born midfielder could still play for Ghana at the international level.
