Ghanaian international, Alfred Duncan is on the verge of leaving Italian Serie A side ACF Fiorentina following the expiration of his contract.

The 31-year-old has enjoyed almost all his European spells in Italy, having featured for clubs like Inter Milan, Livorno, UC Sampdoria, Sassuolo and others.

However, in September 2020, Duncan joined Fiorentina and after a loan spell at Cagliari, Duncan returned subsequently and since became a regular and a mainstay at the Estadio Artemio Franchi.

In the just-ended 2023/24 season, the mercurial midfielder made 41 appearances in all competitions; having netted two goals and registered four assists.

With his contract set to expire at the end of this month and hasn't gotten any extension offer from the club, Alfred Duncan will be a free agent and could join any club of his choice.
