Antoine Semenyo featured for Bristol City as they neck-it-down with Coventry, putting in some sharp performances, but unfortunately failed to find the back of the net.
The Ghanaian international lead the line on his own up front supported by Bermudian forward Nahki Wells, with the Robins looking spirited at Ashton Gate on Tuesday night.
The second half opened with bottom-placed Coventry issuing crunching tackles from all angles to force the game to end in a 0-0 goalless stalemate.
Semenyo who was at the heart of all action, and quite impressive on the night was withdrawn in the 76th minute for Tommy Conway.
The 22-year-old Ghanaian marksman was certainly up for the game, pinging good passes all over the place during his time on the pitch, leaving Bristol manager Nigel Pearson with something to consider as he keeps working on getting even more game time and becoming an important player for the Sky Bet Championship side.
