The budding talented forward has reportedly attracted interest from three French Ligue 1 clubs following his exploits at RC Lens.

French top-tier outfits AS Monaco, Olympique Lyon and Olympique Marseille are considering a summer signing of Ghanaian young attacker Solomon Kessi, who is turning heads at the RC Lens in the French National U19 Championship.

The 18-year-old, who is on loan at RC Lens from Ghanaian based Soccer Bridge Academy, has popped up on the transfer wishlist of the Ligue 1 campaigners following his purple-patch form at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis outfit.

Kessi has been producing scintillating performance for the youth sides of RC Lens since his arrival at the club last summer.

He has notched up four goals and provided two assists in 9 appearances for RC Lens ‘B’ this season so far.

RC Lens has an option of acquiring Solomon Kessi on permanent basis before the expiration of the season-long loan deal.

However, French top clubs namely AS Monaco, Olympique Lyon and Olympique Marseille have identified the former teen sensation for a possible acquisition in the next summer transfer window.

Solomon Kessi was an integral member of the T.I Ahmadiyyah SHS (Real Amass) squad that won the Ashanti Regional Inter-Schools soccer competition in 2018.

He was offered a season-long loan deal with an option of purchase from Ghanaian lower-tier side Soccer Bridge Academy after a successful trial period in August 2022.
