Ghanaian attacker Augustine Boakye continued his fine form in the Austrian Bundesliga with another assist in Wolfsberger AC victory over LASK Linz on Saturday afternoon.
Wolfsberger AC moved up to the fifth place on the log following a 2-1 win against LASK Linz in their match-week encounter at the Lavanttal Arena.
Boakye assisted the opener when he set up Bamba Mohammed to give Wolfsberger AC the lead in the 25th minute of the game.
On the 40th minute, Florian Rieder doubled the lead for the homesters to hand them a 2-0 advantage for the break.
LASK Linz got the consolation goal through a late penalty converted Thomas Goiginger to end the match in a 2-1 win for the host.
