His side PAOK FC emerged champions at the end of the campaign with 80 points after 36 games- having won after facing a very tough opposition from AEK Athens and Europa Conference League winners Olympiacos.
The 29-year-old contributed immensely to the championship triumph and has been named in the league's best XI having scored four goals and registered two assists in just nineteen games as a left-back.
He made the cut alongside two of his teammates Andrija Zivkovic and Brazilian international Taison.
Baba, has already established himself as one of the supporter's favourite at the Toumba Stadium with his consistent performance and is now on the wishlist of lots of English Premier League clubs, per speculations.
