Ghana defender Baba Rahman is reportedly joining Bundesliga giants Schalke 04 on a year loan.
According to reports, the Chelsea left-back has emerged on the radar of the German side.
The 22-year-old joined the London based club from Augsburg last season on a four year deal.
Baba made only 24 appearances for the Blues last season.
