Negotiations between the two parties were concluded last Friday, with the player signing a two-year contract with an option for a third after seeing off his contract with Turkish top tier side Kayserispor.
The Vitória de Guimarães star was spotted in the gym hitting-it-hard as he sets sights on starting off with the Ha'il-based side strongly on the field of play.
Mensah featured in 82 games across all competitions for Kayserispor in his four year spell with the club, scoring 15 goals and providing fifteen assists.
