Black Stars goalkeeper, Lawrence Ati-Zigi played his game number 200 for FC St. Gallen over the weekend in their precious and narrow 1-0 victory over FC Lugano.
It was really a very fascinating and epic matchday six clash of the Swiss Premier League but a 29th minute goal by German international Carlo Boukhalfa made the difference for the home side to continue with their unbeaten start to the new season and maintain their top-spot on the log.
Ati-Zigi, as usual started in between the sticks for the Espen and that marked his 200th game for the club having kept his 39th clean sheet on the day since joining in 2020. 
Having arrived from Sochaux five years ago, the 28-year-old has been very consistent and and has been the first-choice at the Kybunpark despite facing stiffer oppositions.
The lanky shot-stopper made 33 saves in the Europa Conference League making him the third goalkeeper with the most stops in the competition in the 2024/25 season.
Lawrence Ati-Zigi has been an integral member of the Black Stars for years now and took the first-choice spot in goal at certain point following his impressive display at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
