Ghana midfielder Baba Iddrisu returned to the Real Mallorca starting XI and dished out a jaw-dropping performance as they pipped Valencia 1-0 in the Spanish La Liga Thursday night football at the Iberostar Stadium.
The 27-year-old played full throttle as Kosovan forward Vedat Muriqi netted the only goal to snatch the maximum point for the Los Bermellones.
Baba, who dictated play intensely in the middle of the park as the game lived up to its billing - has been impressive so far - featuring in 27 La Liga matches with no goals in the ongoing campaign.
Mallorca are now 11th in the league standing with 47 points as the season nears its closure with just two matches to go.
